Institutional Development Plan (2023–2027)

At Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management (VSISCM), our vision is to foster academic excellence, holistic student development, industry integration, and innovation-driven growth.

Education today demands more than classroom learning – it requires preparing students to excel in academics, embrace innovation, and build competencies for the professional world. With this commitment, VSISCM has designed a comprehensive Institutional Development Plan (IDP) that provides a structured roadmap from 2023–24 to 2026–27, aligning with both national educational priorities and the aspirations of our institution.

The plan emphasizes:

  • Academic Excellence – ensuring quality teaching, securing top university ranks, and introducing multidisciplinary and AICTE-approved programs.
  • Holistic Student Development – promoting NCC, sports, cultural activities for wellrounded growth.
  • Industry Integration – forging strong MoUs with leading corporates, embedding professional training, and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
  • Faculty Research & Development – encouraging Ph.D. enrolment, research publications, FDPs, and a thriving R&D culture.
  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship – nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset through IIC and MIC activities, student start-ups, and incubation support.
  • Quality & Accreditation – strengthening IQAC, applying NAAC accreditation to ensure sustainable quality benchmarks.

Our IDP reflects a balance between consolidating current strengths and aspiring toward new milestones – ultimately aiming to position VSISCM as a centre of academic excellence and innovation in Karnataka and beyond.
