Parent Guidelines – Vidya Sanskaar PU College

At Vidya Sanskaar PU College, we believe that a strong parent-college partnership plays a vital role in a student’s academic success and personal development. We request all parents/guardians to follow these essential guidelines to ensure consistent progress and positive outcomes.

Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) Regularly: Parents must attend scheduled PTMs to stay updated on their child’s academic performance, behavioral progress, and overall development. These meetings offer an opportunity for constructive dialogue with faculty and coordinators.

Stay in Regular Contact with Faculty: Maintain consistent communication with the class teacher, coordinator and Principal to monitor your ward’s academic progress, discipline, and attendance. Regular follow-ups help in identifying areas of support or improvement early on.

Respond Promptly to Circulars and Notifications: Stay informed and respond positively to college circulars, notices, and Vidya Sanskaar App messages. This includes updates about examinations, holidays, events, schedules, and policy changes.

Monitor Student Attendance and Punctuality: Ensure your child maintains a minimum of 75% attendance as mandated by the PU Board. Irregular attendance can affect academic performance and exam eligibility.

Support Student Discipline and Conduct: Encourage your ward to follow the college code of conduct, dress code, and maintain respectful behavior. Parental support is crucial in nurturing responsible and disciplined students.

Encourage a Healthy Study Routine at Home: Create a supportive environment for consistent study habits, homework completion, and exam preparation. Parental motivation significantly boosts student performance.

“ Together, Let’s Build a Brighter Future”

Your active involvement contributes greatly to your child’s academic journey. At Vidya Sanskaar PU College, we value every parent as a partner in education.
