The refund of tuition fees shall be processed based on the date of submission of a written request for cancellation relative to the officially notified commencement of classes, as per the schedule below:

- The official start date of classes will be as declared in the institutional academic calendar.
- For the purpose of refund calculation, the prescribed annual course fee for the respective class or course shall be considered, and any amount remitted to the Department or Government shall be deducted from the refund amount payable.
General Conditions Applicable to All Institutions
- Mode of Application: All requests for admission cancellation must be submitted in writing, either in hard copy at the administrative office or through the registered institutional email, along with valid supporting documents.
- Processing Timeline: Approved refunds, if applicable under the above conditions, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of written approval by the institution.
- Refund Payment: Refunds will be transferred only to the bank account of the student, father, or mother, as recorded in the admission documents. No cash or third-party payments shall be permitted.
- Non-Refundable Components: The cost of uniforms, books, stationery, and any third-party services (e.g., transport, insurance, digital platforms), once issued or availed, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Special Cases - Medical/Transfer Grounds: In exceptional circumstances, such as serious medical conditions or parent transfer, the Management Committee may consider refund requests beyond standard timelines. Such cases must be supported by valid documentary evidence and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.
- Policy Amendments: The Trust reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this policy at any time, subject to changes in applicable government, board, or university guidelines, or at the discretion of the Trust, in the interest of institutional governance.
