Established on 3rd August 2009, Vidya Sanskaar Educational and Charitable Trust was founded by Shri S.P. Muddahanumegowda, Chairman; Shri H.B. Sham Sundar, Secretary; and Shri Purushotam R. Patel, Treasurer, with a vision to provide quality education, character development, and social responsibility.

The Trust believes that education is not merely the pursuit of academic excellence but the holistic development of individuals with knowledge, character, competence, and commitment to society. Guided by the philosophy of “Vidya Sanskaar” - the integration of knowledge and values - the Trust provides learner-centred, holistic, and value-based education.

Through Vidya Sanskaar International Public School (CBSE), Vidya Sanskaar Pre-University College, and Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management, the Trust offers a comprehensive educational pathway from foundational learning to higher education.
